Welcome to SHOWTIME CHEER!
We are a newly formed traditional youth focused cheerleading organization designed to teach the fundamentals of cheerleading, sports, safety, self esteem, and sportsmanship to girls and boys. We provide cheerleading skills and experiences to resident youth age 4 to 14 in the Sherburne, Wright County, MN and surrounding areas. Our goal is to elevate all cheerleaders, by means of recognition and support.

Mission Statement:
It is our mission to provide age appropriate instruction to cheerleaders in a structured manner and to insure a rewarding, enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
Goals:
Our goal is for each child to improve technical skills, develop life-long exercise habits, create strong and lasting bonds for every member, develop interpersonal skills, become a role model for other children and maintain high social standards.
These responsibilities, rules and guidelines are established to encourage cheerleaders and parents to be responsible for themselves and their actions as well as be cooperative and courteous with their teammates and cheer moms/coaches. Cheerleading is a team sport. While this is a recreational level program, it is still a commitment that has been made by the cheerleaders and their parents. Please honor this commitment accordingly.
The goal of this organization shall be:
1. To teach and instruct youths the basic skills of cheerleading and pom-poms.
2. To be a feeder program to the High Schools in each area of this program.
3. To inspire youths to practice the ideals of teamwork and sportsmanship.
4. To develop physical fitness within a safe environment.
5. To accept adversity without complaint.
6. To respect authority.
7. To respect their teammates and opponents.
8. To develop self-confidence and a feeling of accomplishment.
